Our Land Acknowledgement

At aKollage Consulting Inc., we respectfully acknowledge that our work takes place on the traditional territories and meeting grounds of many Indigenous Nations. 

Based in Alberta, we are privileged to live and work on the traditional lands of the Cree, Blackfoot, Dene, Nakota Sioux, Saulteaux and Assiniboine Peoples, and on the homeland of the Métis within the North Saskatchewan River Territory. We honour the sacred relationships established through Treaty 6 and the treaties connecting the communities we serve.

We recognize that land acknowledgements are commitments to truth, accountability and action. We acknowledge the lasting impacts of colonialism and systemic racism while honouring the resilience, cultures, knowledge and leadership of First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples.

As an equity, diversity, inclusion and belonging consulting firm, reconciliation is central to our work. We are committed to building respectful, collaborative relationships and do not undertake work for Indigenous peoples without partnering with Indigenous peoples. By working alongside Indigenous leaders, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, consultants and communities, we strive to ensure our work is culturally responsive and grounded in Indigenous self-determination.
